What this site collects

This site has no forms, loads no analytics, sets no cookies, and has no database behind it.

What does happen: the server hosting the site keeps technical logs of each visit, as every web server does, and the chat and the call booking, if you choose to use them, pass data to other companies. All of it is described below.

The site is served by Vercel Inc., in the United States. Like any web server, Vercel records technical details of each request (your IP address, the page requested, your browser, and the time) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. I can see those logs for one day; I do not export them or use them for anything else. Anything Vercel keeps beyond that is under its own policy.

Common questions are answered in your own browser and never leave it. If you type anything else, your message is sent to OpenAI's API (the gpt-4o-mini model) to generate a reply, and the reply comes back to your screen. It is not stored here. There is nowhere to store it: this project has no database.

OpenAI receives the text of the message, not your IP. Under its API terms it may keep that text for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, and it does not use it to train its models. Even so, treat it like any other chat box and do not put anything confidential in it, yours or your employer's. Email is for that.

To limit each visitor to ten messages a minute, the server holds your IP in memory for that minute. It is not written anywhere, and it is gone when the server restarts.

The scheduling button goes to Calendly, which is a different company. Whatever you enter there is handled by Calendly under their own policy. What reaches me is your name, your email and the time you picked, and I use it to turn up to the call.

If you write to luis@iberiatechsolutions.com, I keep that email while we are talking and while there is work in progress, the way anyone keeps an inbox. It goes on no list, it is never sold, and it is not used to write to you about anything other than your own project.

None. This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies, and none of its own.

The only thing kept in your browser is the language you chose, in localStorage, so the site does not revert to English every time you change page. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs and the chat's rate limit rest on the legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). So does answering in the chat: it is the reply to a question you asked.

Email and calls rest on steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

IberiaTech Solutions LLC, Vercel, OpenAI and Calendly are all in the United States, so the data described here is processed there. If you visit from the EU or the UK, that is an international transfer of your data.

If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to know what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its use, and to object to it. Since the only thing I keep myself is an email thread you started, exercising those rights is an email asking me to delete it, and I delete it. Write to luis@iberiatechsolutions.com.

If you think they have not been respected, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

If this site starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page changes in the same commit that introduces it. A policy describing an older version of a site is worse than no policy: it is a specific untrue statement rather than a missing one.
